Well, after reading the negative review I had to wonder, what is this person looking for in a book. And isn't whore, whore? not hore? Oh well, to each his own.I loved the story. What is there not to love with this hero. A firefighter with a heart. At first he is a single guy enjoying himself. Before too much judgment is passed on him, keep in mind that the women he was enjoying himself with were doing the same thing. So, no judgment here. To each his own life style.
However, after meeting the one, he gives up all the loose living and becomes the man he was meant to be. This is the story about how the two of them get together. She is from a very old, wealthy family from England. The lower classes are not for her, according to her mother. The heroine seems to have no problems with the firefighter!! His family loves her right from the start.
I thought it was a great story. I was NEVER bored and I liked all the characters. Her sister, Emma, was somewhat of an ass but she was raised to be one so she didn't disappoint. In the end, she sees the error of her ways and I think there is probably another book there. I recommend this book. I enjoyed it and I think many others will as well. Good job on the editing as well.

AJ Harmon is an amazing writer. This whole series is awesome. Taking each of the 7 brothers and telling the individual stories while keeping them inline with each other! Shows that family is always there when you need them.
When 2 hearts meet, with heavenly intervention, it always turns out perfectly. AJ has done another exceptionally wonderful job weaving these characters into the first class novel that she is famous for. Love it!
This book is another in a growing list of moving and heartfelt reads by A.J. Harmon. First Class Rescue was a treat a great look at the lives of fire fighters and their sacrifices, a moving relationship and family dynamics with a wealth of hot, hot romance. And, let's not forget Cleo...she stole my heart. Thank you A.J. for another wonderful read.
What can I say that I haven't already said about the first 6 books?! Great read. I love that each picks up where the previous left off but not so much detail that it's boringly redundant. I do think this love story, like book 6, was really special BC this son also lives modestly. None of that rich guy poor girl set up. Off to book 8!
Once again AJ has not disappointed, I absolutely love First Class Rescue. Tim being yet another of the fabuluos Lathem brothers, His & Beths story is very sweet, with moments of tension & sadness. It's also good to catch up with the rest of the family, especially Matt. I only wish the series wasn't coming to an end, only 2 more books now, though I am looking forward to the next one, & they can & will all be read again & again.
The First Class Novels are one of the best romance series I've read in a very long time. Ms. Harmon is extremely talented and has done an excellent job of developing all of the characters in the series. She has also mastered perfect timing in the release dates of the stories (i.e you don't have to wait a long time between the story lines). I wish more authors had this skill. This is one book series that I will seriously miss when the final two stories are completed but I look forward to reading any books by Ms. Harmon in the future.
I enjoyed this story immensely. It was well laid out from beginning to the very end. This is only the second book I have read in the series, the first one was first class hero. I'm giving it a 4 because the author really needs a good editor. Instead of he it was her, or she instead of he, it went on like this throughout the book. Sometimes I had to re-read the sentence just so I was clear on who the character was. Other than that it really is a good story. Please get another editor, otherwise I won't be buying the rest of the books.
